Some of the Highlights:

Jet Boat Safari - Haast Pass

We go on an exciting Jet Boat Safari near Haast Pass that will take us from the West Coast right into the remote alpine world of the Southern Alps. Our local guide will share his insider knowledge of the local history and the unique landscape. We will listen to his stories and legends amidst breathtaking nature.

Untouched Coast - Catlins

On the Southern Scenic Route we drive into the wild and remote Catlins region.  The Catlins is an area of great contrasts and natural beauty with an abundance of wildlife. It is home to New Zealand Sea Lions and Fur Seals, Hector’s Dolphins and Yellow-Eyed Penguins. Our journey will take us along rugged shores with magnificent coastal cliffs and headlands, past stunning waterfalls and wind-shorn trees, temperate rainforests and rolling farmland, and even a fossilized forest. The Catlins is a truly fascinating place off the beaten track.

Sea Kayak Tour - Marlborough Sounds

On a 1 1/2 day kayak tour we explore the beautiful Marlborough Sounds. Large areas in the extensive network of sea-drowned valleys are covered in pristine native forest ranging from towering 800 year old Rimu trees and lush Ponga tree ferns to beautiful native orchids, all plunging down to the shoreline. The myriad bays, coves and inlets are perfect for exploring by sea kayak and we will have plenty of opportunities to stretch our legs ashore.

Horse Trekking or Hiking - Farewell Spit

If you are interested in horse riding a dream may just be about to come true for you. You can choose between a half or full day on horseback along the picturesque coastline of Farewell Spit (optional). Horses are chosen depending on riding experience and groups will be kept small. The remainder of the day we spend hiking in this beautiful landscape with its windswept sand formations and rugged rock sculptures.
